Working in Bangladesh

Bangladesh has a population of 174,271,183 million and only 0.37 would be registered as Christian. One of the strengths of collaborative ministry is combining the gifts, resources, and opportunities that working together brings. The impact is obvious as GMNF and TTA explore ways of doing ministry. Bangladesh is a very needy area, and in the towns and villages that Ashik works in, he does so in faith that God will supply their needs. The median age in the UK and USA is 39-40 years which means 50% will die before that age and 50% above that age. Contrast that with the age in Bangladesh of 26.3 with 35 million living below the poverty line and you can see the difference. The levels of poverty contribute substantially to that (World Economics).
